Arrival time is between 3:00 & 6:00 pm unless otherwise arranged. Checkout time is 11:00 am. Cancellation policy: If we are notified 7 days prior to reservation date, we will refund your money minus a $10.00 handling fee. If you must cancel your reservation in less than 7 days, you will be charged for one night’s stay unless we can rent the room after the cancellation in which case there will only be the $10.00 handling fee.
